Free Fitness Videos is the home to hundreds of health and fitness videos. Beyond providing educational content, the site allows users to view preset workouts, create their own workouts from the site's exercise database, and even add their own video content for review. In addition to developing and maintaining the site, I edited most of the initial videos.
After 2 years of foreign development (and little to show for it), I took over all design and coding work in August 2010. This complex site still needs some polishing and more features are on the way.

Computer Banc is a not-for-profit in Springfield Illinois whose primary
mission is to provide refurbished computers to children from low-income
homes.
The color scheme and images will be modified when a new logo is approved.

Coz's Pizza and Pub is a locally owned and operated pizza parlour. In conjunction with the web site, I developed a web-based customer loyalty system (automating coupon and offer distribution).
While the design is mine,
maintainance is conducted by Coz's staff.

The State Universities Annuitants Association is an Illinois organization that lobbies for retired Illinois college faculty. This site features a custom-built web application which handles news, news archives, and other information sorted on demand.
While I still make the occasional technical change, day-to-day maintainance is conducted by SUAA staff.

University Board is the entertainment programming board at Eastern Illinois, planning a host of events including comedy, concerts, homecoming, lectures, movies, and other large-scale events. While the site design itself might be unimpressive, all of the event content is generated by a custom-built web application, designed to minimize maintainance of what can be a very time-consuming site.
As I am no longer a resident at EIU, I have had no involvement in the new design. The web application I created to streamline event information was not adopted by the new webmaster.

Body Symmetry is a partnership of personal fitness trainers in Springfield, Illinois. In addition to personal training, Body Symmetry produces the television program Personal Health and Fitness, which airs on Springfield Local Access 4. This program (which has completed over 150 episodes) is available along with many other short exercise videos at FreeFitnessVideos.com (below).
